I'm in the camp that we have to win everything up to the Championship game - and if that last game is a loss, it has to be close.
On a side note - Seth Greenberg was talking about Michigan State's chances during halftime of the Mich. St- Iowa game. He was talking about the Spartan's good wins ...

Re: Loyola joining A-10
Some of you know that I am a Fordham grad - undergrad and graduate school. I also had Loyola floor seats in the old Gentile for about ten years - so Loyola is my adopted college team (DePaul is way too much like St. Johns - and I teach at DePaul!!)
So - let me officially welcome you to the A 10 ...

Re: Georgia Tech Preview and Game Thread -- 03-19-2021
It also seems that Georgia Tech really should have dropped out - they knew by Sunday something was not right; confirmed by Monday. If you follow contract tracing rules - all of the team has been exposed. That potentially exposes every single opponent in the first weekend at least.

Re: NCAA Tournament Seeding
A school I'm curious to see what happens too is Colgate. 13-1 in the Patriot league... Net: 7 & KenPom: 82. With such a week schedule and such a disparity with these two ratings... what happens to them if they don't win their conference tournament?
There's no way Colgate makes it if they don't ...

Re: NCAA Tournament Seeding
Loyola now ranked 18 in both polls. I can't see how the bid is higher than a 7.

Re: 2020-2021 Ranking
Andy Katz in his new role ( wherever he is) has Loyola at #12 seed in a play in game.

Re: PORTER MOSER
I would hope Moser would look at the example of Dan Monson ( sp?) - the guy who built up Gonzaga and leaves for greener pastures in Minnesota. Mark Few takes over, and few years later Monson is out in Minnesota. meanwhile, Few has a dynasty at Gonzaga .
