It's frustrating, but you can't blame a guy for jumping to the NBA. Have a feeling that move makes people pretty eager to work for Drew. And he's clearly got a ton of connections, so I expect a strong hire.

Custer is currently making $295,000 a year at Oklahoma. I would say that it’s safe to assume he’s staying put.
