Nice interview with Lucas on Channel 7 sports segment last night. Talked about the Loyola project.
As for the Missouri State game, great halftime adjustment by Drew and his staff. A great clutch win on the road.
In Kennedy's absence, Clemons started. They said he had arthritis in the knees. He had five points and I think that both Keith and Tom Welch will really provide a boost down the stretch. Clemens can provide that three point option needed particularly if he and Norris are on the court together.
Bradley should be a tough game. Hope there is no mental letdown. Wardle would just love to derail the Ramblers.

Up one spot to #29 in NET. Was hoping for more movement given the Q1 win, but happy to be in the top 30. We are now 4-4 in Q1/Q2, with a couple Q2 opportunities left (including this week @Bradley, who is #100 in NET).
Missouri State dropped from #62 to #66 so they are still a Q1 win. We now become big Missouri State fans. They still have road games left @Drake (this Wed) and @UNI (Feb 20).

It was a nice win. It's amazing what happens when the team's two best defenders are not in foul trouble like the last game. I thought we brought defensive intensity throughout the game.
I think we also saw the importance of hitting three point shots. If the other team has to work to get a two point shot in the paint (like Prim did), then it momentum shifting when we get a three on the next possession. We need to get open 3s and hit open 3s.
Williamson, Norris and Uguak are the key to our success. They should stay on the floor as much as possible.
The other players are important parts of our team. They all have positive attributes and we should rotate them in and out more liberally depending on the game.
As far as center goes, I think we have three capable post players who need to play. I see the same strengthens and weaknesses as the other posters, but each one of them needs to play. I don't think you can discount the work that Hutson's size can apply to an offensive player. To me, Prim was working so hard on the offensive end, that he frequently gave up an easy basket in the paint. Hutson does not foul. He runs the floor well. Hutson can step out and hit the 3. Knight is great around the basket. He can run the floor well. Knight leads the team in blocks and fouls. I think Welch is good around the basket and can hit the 3. I would like to seem him play more.

They played 4 centers as Ugak played Prim head up for about 4 minutes in the first half.!..played a 1-2-2 zone....trapped the ball up top , surrounded Prim in the lane....wow!!! Im guessing to disrupt Mosley......But Drew looked like he was driving a Porsche!
Kennedy out (myabe for as long as two weeks),, Knight in foul trouble...that was impressive...Every time I doubt this team they show up....
