Did I hear that right, we're the four seed for Arch Madness?

I'm not blaming Schweiger. I'm calling out Drew for lack of situational awareness. Especially to not get Schweiger out of the game after Green went after him the first time.
Yeah, this exactly. Schweiger kept us in it early, but I don't get why he's on the court in that situation. And then I know we don't have a great isolation scorer, but ending up with a contested step back 3 on the last shot was pretty brutal, especially when the refs are calling fouls on almost every possession. The last 15 minutes of that game were tough to watch. Remember when we were one of the best teams in the country at not fouling??

#5 Bradley v.s. #4 Loyola Friday at 2:30 PM in St. Louis.

Lose on Sunday can we still get in or are we a first four out and a top NIT seed?

UNI locks up the league’s only automatic NIT bid if necessary.

We only shot 20 FT and they were just as physical. Did the conference want the game called this way to try to get two bids in NCAA? I mean come on, 39 FT shot by NIU. It Does not compute. I mean come on. We gave up over 100 points.

Our TO’s were God Awful all game (16) and if I am right, Norris had all 4 of his TOS in the second half.
Agree with you, but if they wanted 2 bids they would've been helping us win the game.

Likely Path to the NCAA:

Friday vs Bradley
Saturday vs UNI
Sunday vs Drake, Missouri State, or Drake

Good look by Williamson to win in regulation, although I'm not sure why he went for a step back 3 instead of taking the 2 in the lane or driving and maybe getting a foul call.

Definitely sucks. We had chances and didn’t take advantage, in-spite of the 42-20 free throw difference. Bottom line is we didn’t get it done. Very Disappointed, bring on Bradley Friday and we will see what happens.

Not true. Lunardini has us in win or lose. If we lose to Bradley, we will be out. If we win one or two at Arch, we can still get in. He only had NIU in if they won today.

So these are the likely outcomes:

Lose Friday: NIT on the road possibly
Lose Saturday: NIT at home
Lose Sunday: NIT or NCAA First Four in Dayton
Win Sunday: NCAA not in Dayton.

Can’t see an at large bid not going thru Dayton now.
