Cashaw averaging 1.7/1.2/1.0.
Grad transfer. Puts into perspective any disappointment of our sophomore newcomers. Much rather their shoes than his.

It is a different year. The first thing I realize when watching this team is how important Jackson was last year. I knew he was important last year, but this year makes it so obvious. We would struggle at times last year and Jackson was there with a big play. He was a great basket maker. He was the deodorant when our team stunk. If we had him this year, I am convinced we would be undefeated. It is important to remember how key he was to last year's success when looking at the returning players.
We need to make our shots. We are missing wide open shots and we are not making free throws. It's painful to watch and contagious. We need to shoot our way through this. Hopeful, we will.
I think Custer and Townes are the same players as last year. Krutwig and Williamson have improved. Williamson is the best player on the team. He is a winner. He will be playing in the NBA.
We have a great deal of talent. We need to shoot better, but Porter needs to find a rotation that works. It's December. I will worry if we look like this in February. Remember, our team didn't have an overseas trip this year -so these kids have only played a handle of games together. I am convinced the more we play together the better we will get. We need to relax and get these kids playing to their potential. Hopeful, these early struggles pay dividends later in the season.

My point exactly....Creighton really doesnt need him,,,,he would have given us some experience and a little comfort zone for the newbies to get comfortable....as well as another ball handler, this offense if Coach continues to run it , requires 4 guys that can drive and handle the ball, This is why we seldom saw Jackson and Krutwig in the game together and when we did, it looked not so hot. There is a lot of talent on this team but it always comes down to if the pieces fit.....and perform...
