This Electoral College I've been hearing about in the news recently, is it Division II?

It is one of those for-profit colleges that seems to be up for sale every four years. It rejected a bid from the
Clinton Foundation recently.

Acually it is a Misprint---It should actually be ELECTRICAL College--AND it CHARGES very little tuition
