Igor informed Coach Moser that he is going back to Montenegro. Homesickness, tough competition, etc. Not necessarily a bad thing since he looked lost most of the time and needed to build his body. It also opens up a scholarship.

Well, I say good luck to him. Sucks to bail out right now, but honestly I didn't expect much from him this year. Guy is so skinny!

It now appears that we are down to nine fully healthy scholarship players. Igor is gone, Townes is redshirting, Tyson is getting back into the swing of things, and Chastain could be seriously hurt. Ugh.

Best of luck to Igor, but I think this is best for the team in the long run.

I hope Chastain doesn't need surgery.

Stinks. Yesterday was pretty rough from top to bottom. Long term it may be the best for the team though. Next year they can fill the spot with a JUCO wing or maybe we'll be able to pull a commitment from Sasha Stefonavic. Really hoping it's not an ACL for Chastain. He certainly looks like a high caliber 2 way player. If it breaks bad we'll have a reaaaaaaaal strong talent influx in 2017 with him, Townes, Negron, and Krutwig........................... Bright side....?

Also obviously best of luck to Igor!

Remains to be seen if we will have a spot. With Igor, we were technically one over the limit, based on public info. As of now, we'd have the max 13 for next year. Maybe they know someone else is planning to leave, but maybe not.
