The USA boys in action
Jaeschke and Jendryk on the floor last week against France and Serbia in the World League. Jaeschke and Jendryk saw quite a bit of playing time in the 6 team final round. The USA finished 4th after losing in the Semis and the 3rd place match. Photos from the FIVB.

Thanks for the posts vuster.... I've seen some matches on CSN+. Wasn't Jaschke out with an injury for a while? When I was watching, Novotny was playing but not Jaschke.

Jaeschke was injured but I'm not sure of the nature. He was able to rejoin the active roster for the Final Round of the World League. Ben Patch is a very nice hitter but a work in progress on defense and serving. I hope to see him on the roster in Tokyo in 3 years potentially as a backup to Matt Anderson who is expected to rejoin the team soon after some much deserved time off. The Team will be in Chicagoland for a couple of matches this August 18-19 at the Sears Centre facing Rio Gold Medalist Brazil.
