No question about that BUT the NFL was playing PACK wins today !! Disgusting !! I do not believe the Bears received one call--maybe the 1 inch play on 3rd down--BUT--
--On Rodgers' fumble, the ball was batted illegally I thing--Cannot advance--albeit Bears should hve covered ball and forestalled any discussion
--Rodgers was NOT roughed up on the 1st half sack
--One other call that escapes me at the moment.

Cutler did it all with what he had--NO MISTAKES that I saw. The BEARS DO HAVE AN OFFENSE AND A better than average Quarterback--far better.

The run defense was slightly better--the secondary cost them BIG---Entire defense was bad all year--They stopped some today but not enough by far.Still no pass rush.

Forte, the pass catchers, and offensive line are just fine thank you.

This team has a lot to build upon. GO BEARS !!

Last week's Bears game, in which they gave up 52 points to the Eagles, should have told you that this was not a playoff team. I think I can count on one hand the number of times the Bears have given up 40+ points in a regulation game over the past 25 years. If they somehow beat the Packers, they'd be one and done. Let the season die, already.

OF course you are correct rer the Bears being a non-playoff team--No question--BUT they deserved a better fate today--

Despite poor defense, Cutler and his offense darn near won it.

Now , let us see what they do to fix a BAD and OLD defense

Fire Mel Tucker. He's not good. His scheme is greatly flawed and does nothing to disguise the defense. Sure, we lost a bunch of players but that's not why the defense was as bad as it was.
