So Stepehen Curry of the Golden State Warriors is going to be some sort of general manager for Davidson. Seems like his job is to raise $...pledging they will help create an 8 figure fund to support the basketball programs. His official title will be assistant general manager. My guess is that this is just a fundraising position.
While fundraising has always been part of the task of the AD it always seems to be more and more of the task , unless the school dedicates someone to the task. Just seems this whole thing is going to blow apart in the near future.
