I hope Shane has some nice incentives built into his contract. He's pretty much a lock for National Coach of the Year. He went undefeated in the conference, with a second consecutive conference championship. And he's two wins (on his home court) away from a National Championship, with a 6-0 record on the year against the tournament field.
