Postseason? You wanna talk about postseason?! This is the LOYOLA RAMBLERS fergodsakes. Well, yes, I do want to talk POSTSEASON! Right now, I'd peg our chances at something like:
60% CBI/CIT
20% NIT
15% No postseason (collapse)
5% March Madness
These percentages can change dramatically based on Sunday's result. I will try to make an updated post in every game thread. Of course, I am no expert but I follow NCAA basketball pretty closely including all postseason projections.

I guess we will see about the attendance at the Wichita State game. Frankly, unless you are basketball fanatics, WSU does not have much cachet in Chicago.
Brot, I hope you feel better, the Ramblers absolutely NEED your moral support.
WSU has a decent alumni base in Chicago. I mean, not thousands, but definately some. Plus Chicago is a cheap direct flight on Southwest from Wichita. I imagine there will be a decent amount of Shocker fans at the game. Could help overall attendance some too. I know that isn't necessarily what you are wanting, but hopefully it will be a good atmosphere!!
Re: Evansville Preview and Game Thread
A good game to watch win or lose. But winning it was spectacular. Two coaching moves I really liked: 1. when we got the ball down 4 with a minute left, there seemed to be a real effort to get a shot off quick enough for us to be assured of getting the ball back with some time; 2. In fact we got it back with 12 sec left. I think PM had a timeout left but didn't help Evansville out by using it.

Brot will appreciate this.
Today's Chicago Tribune mistakenly reports that the winning basket was a put back by Christian of a missed shot by Milton, instead of what actually happened: a driving Milton feeding a cutting Christian with a nice pass in traffic for a layup.

That was part of the AP article, which was obviously written by someone given a description of the game and not someone who actually watched the last play. So the Trib just copied and pasted from an article that was based on third hand knowledge. Typical.

Here's something else Brot will enjoy, from the Evansville message board:
Good board with mostly level headed posters. Brot is one of the most entertaining posters and has been around forever. Seems like a great guy.

I think the original source was gametracker, which I was watching live. If I remember, that's how it was described there.
By the way, 01, I liked your public service announcement suggestion about Johnny Junction.
You and ahunte are the quiet, unassuming guys who have a dry wit, in contrast to me who sometimes tries too hard.

You qualify for #16 (and sometimes #12).
Also, there's a joke about #2 inherent herein, but that would bring us back to #12.

See above.
